Main House with a new walkway
The house has 3 bedrooms with 9 twin beds in total. Linens are provided. I suggest you bring your favorite pillow.
There are 2 bathrooms with towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is a large kitchen with basic dishes and cooking supplies.
We do not serve meals but I can supply names of local restaurants that deliver/cater. Lockhart is the BBQ capital of Texas so take advantage of some good BBQ that will last your entire stay.
Craft and Sewing Area
The sewing room and craft area is 1200 square feet and is separated from the house by a covered breezeway.
It has a small refrigerator and half bath.
Each person gets three 4 foot tables.
There are 3 ironing boards and 3 cutting tables along with 10 - 4' x 8' design walls.
